SUE LARTER BOptom, MSc, FACBO, FCOVD, Specialist Behavioural Optometrist
Sue joined the business in 1987 as a partner. She spent 9 years on the Council of the Optometrists Association Australia (NSW Division). Sue is a general optometric practitioner with special a special interest in Learning Disability. She is a member of the Australian College of Syntonics and is secretary of the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists.
Sue ran a multidisciplinary study group to develop local practitioner's networking to enhance the development of learning skills in shared patients, and is optometric consultant at several specialist multidisciplinary clinics working in these fields.

CHIH-CHI LEE BOptom
Chih-Chi is a member of the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists. She is currently enrolled in the ACBO Fellowship program and is a member of the Australian College of syntonics. She is a general optometric practitioner and has special interest in child development, contact lenses and binocular vision dysfunctions.

GRAEME THOMPSON BSc, ASTC, FIO, FACBO, FCOVD, Specialist Behavioural Optometrist
Graeme is a Fellow of both the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists and of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. While having a busy general practice, his professional interests also include geriatric care and contact lens fitting. He regularly visits several retirement villages and private homes for housebound and frail patients.

ROSEMARY PAYNTER BOptom, FACBO
Rosemary is a Fellow of the Australiasian College of Behavioural Optometrists and is also on staff at the UNSW School of Optometry, lecturing at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has completed a post- graduate certificate course in Ocular Therapy, including advanced studies in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease.
She is a general optometric practitioner and has specialised interests in child development, contact lenses and ocular therapeutics.

Vision Therapist
SANDY ALLEN Member of ACBO
Sandy is an ACBO accredited vision therapist. She worked for 10 years as Vision Therapist at Giant Steps School for Autistic children.
Sandy does most of our Visual Information Processing assessments which probe how the child understands what they are looking at. She also carries out Visagraph testing and the Wilkins Screening Test for Coloured Lenses.
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Tues to Fri. 8.30am to 12 noon Sat.
Optical Dispensers
CAROLE MACDONALD
Carole joined Thompson, Larter, Lee & Associates in 1989. She spent 8 years on the Australian Association of Dispensing Opticians Council, in varying capacities including Secretary & President and has a strong interest in Continuing education. She has completed courses in both Marketing and small Business Management. Carole is currently a member of ADOA (Australasian Dispensing Opticians Association) and at times plays an active role in helping the Association.

ANDREW LOWE
Andrew joined the practice in 2004. He has been a qualified Optical Dispenser for over 25 years and is a Member of ADOA.
He has previously worked in the industry both as an Optical Dispenser and as an accomplished Key Account manager in Optical Wholesale.

REBECCA STREET
Bec started with Thompson, Larter, Lee & Assoc in January 2008, having done work experience with us in Year 10 of highschool.
Bec completed her formal studies receiving her Optical dispensing Diploma in December 2008. She has been awarded and recognised as the most outstanding student in Optical Workshop Practice.
Bec has a passion for eyewear and enjoys the technical components of accurately fitting lenses and ensuring that frame adjustments are 'just right'.
